I have normal blood pressure and my cholesterol along with my other blood test readings has always been fine, granted my last doctors visit was about 10 months ago.

My 0 stress lifestyle contributes to my healthy lifestyle on top of being on keto for almost 13 years until a few weeks ago (started eating carbs more recently).

I made money online in America in the late 2010s/early 2020s and moved to Asia. I can make money online again when I run out. I could actively make money online now but I’d rather just enjoy myself rather than put pressure on myself to make money
