TBH, I wouldn't mind the married life if it was with the perfect chick (for me), HOWEVER, the fact that she holds your entire life by a thread is WAAAAAYY too much liability for me to ever consider marriage.

"Hey, we make more money this way vs just being together."IDK maybe my experiences have been anecdotal, but the guys I work with are all in the late 30's to early 50's age group, and in the break room all they talk about is the divorce they're going through or what they would do if they weren't married and the ones that are "happily married" are constantly joking about sleeping in the dog house or not being able to do/buy XYZ activity/thing because the misses will get mad.
Wrong, wrong, wrong. People don't really seem to understand the true gravity of what staying together until you die really, truly means, and this goes back to my original point that people don't get married because they truly love one another, they do it because of outside pressures, incentives, etc.
Also, being in the military where the divorce rate is upward of 60%, I can usually pick out the couples I come across in my day to day affairs that are and aren't gonna make it, and the ones that don't were, majority of the time, destined to falter from the get go.
Nope

Marriage has never been about true love or fairytale chit or romantic connections. It's about property, financial connections and children.
I dont need constant companionship or going to clubs 24/7. I'll be away from home all the time and busy 24/7 anyway. A man does what he wants because it's what he wants, not because of societal pressure or shaming. Thats why these marriages crumble in the first place, you're encouraging idiots to stay together who are no good for each other.
With that said, I dont dislike it, I just hate how people romanticize and pressure the fuk out of people.

All I know is pretty much every married guy at work is beat down, tired, lost their passion and excitement in life, life revolves around what wife demands and kids need, corporate cucks that get chit on and have to take it, eating bagels for lunch, unhealthy, miserable, always trying to climb the ruthless corporate ladder or feel like a failure as a man and feel the wrath of the wife. No thanks Jeff.
Even my 50yr old rich as fuk dentist told me not to get married! Good luck to those of you who think you've found the one, only time will tell, there's not a lot of good people to choose from anymore.

Having been married for almost 3 months now I have this all figured out. If your mariage fails it's your fault. Not the woman's fault. Women are meant to be led by their men. If you act like a man, and choose a good woman, she'll never leave your side.
This is an inherent issue with men. It has been for a few generations now. A good example of this is how all the FAs here are always crying about how women don't want them. As if they're entitled to women. Ask yourselves, does a tiger think he's entitled to his next mean, does he wait patiently hoping a meal falls in front of him? Or does he stalk his prey and strikes like his life depends on it? Which it does.

When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

Woman has vagina and you need to make babies to keep your race alive.
The muscles i value most are the ones directly surrounding the spine, the hips, the scapula, the femur and the tibia... in that order.
Basically the whole body minus chest and biceps... pretty much the opposite of what your local gym looks like on a typical Monday.

Imo marriage incentivises a break up far far to much and can actually destroy a relationship.
Me and gf atm love each other we work hard play hard. I do stuff I don't like sometimes to make her happy she does the same. We know at any time the other partner can say "yer this doesn't suit me anymore" and walk away Scott free.
Now let's say I live in America and put a ring on it I'm basically putting my only "strength" in the relationship in a box and dealing it whilst simultaneously giving her the OPTION to walk away find a different man and take half my assets and alimony as well.
Think of it like a sales job from a woman's perspective. When you know you might lose your job you put 100 percent into it at all times. If you know the company would be ****ed if they got rid of you you are going to put less work in its psychology.
While you can be better off divorcing than staying together money wise marriage isn't for me. Men have to work twice as hard to make it work because the woman holds all the cards.

While I don't agree with all of this especially the freaking title, I think a lot of it is true. Especially #3 I have personally lived this, getting passed over for better jobs for people with the same credentials for someone who was married with kids.

It's comical when people in their 20's and 30's say they get married so they will have a lifelong companion when in reality, half of men in their 40's and 50's are getting divorced, or wishing that they were single. I work in an office where all of the guys are in their 40's, 50's, and 60's. The vast majority absolutely hate their lives, are stressed to the max, and have to "check in" every time we go out for drinks after work. These guys are basically married to women that treat them like children.
I can imagine that in some instances, marriage is incredible. If two people have legit 10/10 chemistry both physically and mentally i would do that ALL DAY LONG. The reality is, most people get married to have kids, and to conform with societal and family expectations. These are absolutely the wrong reasons to get married. So many friends of mine have settled, and are now living miserable lives in their 20's and 30's. Fuk that....unless the girl is damn near perfect for you, it's a decision that needs to be thoroughly thought through.

Hard to find a desirable woman who also has money though, the hotter they are the more coddled and spoiled they were growing up and usually have little motivation to make anything of themselves since their sloot mother has been telling them their whole life that they can just marry a wealthy man. They exist but there aren't nearly enough of them to go around.
