I read this the other day and was left asking a lot of questions. What if the sex was consensual but she passed out while having sex? Although him running away is pretty obvious he knew what he was doing. Lold at the sentence though. If he actually came upon her passed out and raped her then he's a fuking psycho but the article never really touched on the back story.
