Obama says nothing about radical Islam and urges patience with the investigation to determine motive etc. But hes 100% sure it was a targeted attack against the LGBT community. HMMM.

So disgusted with Muslims. The majority of them are insane extremists. They do not belong in the western world. Some of them may be reasonable people, I've read some posts by Muslims on our forum here and most of them seem alright but the fact is that the majority of them are not alright. They are crazy. They do not belong here.

Obama has a point though - if it wasn't for assault rifles he wouldn't have killed that many people. As for it being a muslim/islam inspired attack, we are connecting the dots and making that assumption ourselves based on the guys name and religion. Obama can't say that because the govt has to be certain 100% of the motive before they make a statement. For all we know that guy could have extreme mental issues or was getting retaliation at a group of people he already knew - unlikely - but Obama can't say until they are positive.

This is very depressing, boys. All of it. The terrorism and murder and some fool blocking a door. Makes me concerned for humanity and what kind of world our kids are going to inherit. Not sure how to solve these kinds of problems but we should be open-minded in our tactics (that goes for both the left and the right). Never know when your life will be over and you're in for the endless sleep.

You could do it, just would have to get lucky with being in the right place in relation to the shooter, like off to the right behind a wall sitting at a table or something and the shooter walks past you while strafing the crowd, giving you a clear shot at his neck/head with some kind of weapon (barstool, beer mug, pool q, etc). Most wouldn't do it but I think a fair amount would go the fight route in that specific situation especially if you have a couple close buddies with you that didn't bolt for a exit after the first couple shots. Running at him across open ground with a beer mug isn't gunna end well though.

Yeah witnesses in the club said "bodies started dropping", that's what happens IRL. Super loud, often dark, people mostly didn't even see the shooter or knew whats happening before his bullets hit them and dropped them where they stood. I'm sure some unfortunate souls had a face to face meeting with him before being executed though.


I don't think we should let CCW's carry in clubs, thats a recipe for disaster with all the booze and emotions running high. Definitely should have armed security though.

I'd agree if:

A.) it wasn't already openly confirmed that he pledged allegiance to ISIS and was a Muslim extremist
