Standard of living/wealth/opportunities/work was and until now still remains GOAT.

I'm an immigrant from Canada and I'm loving it here. I've got some expat friends and we're all holding it down for Germany. Mostly the women are more left-leaning, but I can tell you us man-folk are not cucking it up in your country. We are here with fresh blood and frontier ideals. Half my hockey team are Polish guys who take no chit. We don't start fights, but we'll finish them. We stand up for whats right.

I mean... I'm definitely not a PEGIDA guy and coming from the New World I have much experience with immigration (it's not all bad). But yes immigration and compassion has to be tempered with a respect for the harmony of your society and your culture. I am speaking English a lot, mostly @ work because that's how I make money and pay German taxes. But I take some German classes and try to learn more. Some of my expat colleagues with kids all have the kids speaking German (naturally!).

I found a lot of German males kinda spineless and cucky indeed. That said Many aren't (somehow mostly known to me via. ice hockey... hmmm). Germans have nothing to be ashamed or feel guilty about, just like I can't take credit for D-Day and liberating the lowlands... In summary don't give up, don't argue with idiots, and see about getting more of the right kind of immigrants. The kind who will contribute and at least partially assimilate.
