I work at a pool in Vegas. Happiness is through the fukkin roof (srs) best part is I'm originally from africa so I don't even have to wear sunscreen. I just kick it with hot girls from all over the world and enjoy the sunny weather.


Only thing that sucks is working accounting in the off season November to march...Das not it mane. Trying to get into bartending instead. Hate sitting down all day.

Vitamin D3 5,000 daily crew.

Where I live, we basically have 8 months of fall, 1 month of winter/spring, 2 months of summer, so for 9 months out of the year, I just supplement D3 and stop during the summer time. A high-quality sunscreen for your face is a must, though.

104 F degree weather with ZERO clouds where I live. Sunscreen ain't gonna do much. 2 hours? 30-45 mins in and you throw in the towel.

When I tan I make sure my genitals are fully exposed to the UV rays for maximum test gains. Spend 20 minutes in the sun like that and I already feel amazing.

you realize that animals do wear sunscreen you fuking potato?

pigs, hippos, elephants, rhinos, cows pretty much all mammals roll around in mud and chit to protect themselves from UV rays, they don't just stand around in the hot ass sun without protection

I never wear sunscreen (darker complextion) and when I go on vacation to mexico etc... I loose like 10-15lbs. I swear it's the VIT D difference.

This thread inspired me to go hiking and get some hardcore sun in AZ weather.. legit almost died. Only brought 1 liter of water and it was piss warm half way through so I couldn't cool my head with it.

However, test levels through the roof.

yeah cause they are pale then go outside for occasional weekend trips then get burnt to a crisp.

I went to the dermatologist 2 years ago to get a mole removed, she said people are too afraid of the sun... if you are outside for 30-60 min don't wear sunscreen. but for extended periods then yes put it on
