Top researchers at cambridge university, men over the age of 21 who stay at home with thier parents have a lower chance of finding a female mate. The research was conducted using standard questionnaires in the city of london. Over 300 women were asked on their feelings of men without their own home (rent or own) and the majority find it "pathetic", one particular lady went as far as calling them "manchildren". The results of this questionnaire were compiled into a graph as shown below.

"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Most women pop a couple out before they hit 25, if they don't find someone to support them they will be stuck. Don't be that buster.

This is shocking to me.

When I graduated college, my parents told me I could stay rent free in their apartment over their garage in a prime suburb of Chicago for as long as I wanted to save up money.

I lasted 2 months and got the fuk out and moved to the city where all the girls and booze are.
One of these days I'm going to cut you into little pieces

I kind of see why this makes sense, but living with parents past your early/mid 20s doesn't mean you'll never find a girl.

However, many of those women may find it "pathetic" simply because they wish to move in with these single bachelors so that they (women) may thrive on free rent for 'x' amount of time. If a parent sees this in a woman, they'll see to it that they get kicked out.

This may/not be true.

Depends on the culture too.

In most family-oriented societies it is expected that the son stay with his parents until he gets a degree (maybe Masters) and starts working a high-earning job. Which usually doesn't happen until 27.

Once you hit 28, you gotta move out. I have amazing and loving parents but they were strict. At age 20 I had my first serious GF and my parents were like "You want her to stay over? Get your own place" So out I went. Got my first apartment at 20. I'm 33 now and haven't lived at home since. I don't regret a single thing. Had a super fun early-mid 20's. Only thing that sucks is you do waste a lot of money renting.

According to surveys women tend to find "nice guys" attractive. So go out there and be as nice as you can to women and you should be beating off the puss in no time.

Lucky I moved to another country at 18 then. Honestly, it only starts to get sad past the age of 25. Most people in my school are grad students and i'd guess that the majority of them still live at home at 21-26/27, which I don't see a problem with since they're in school and university apartments are 2-3k rent a month in a not-so-safe area. I can see it being pathetic if it's some 26 year old with nothing going for them, sitting on the misc 24/7, drinking, doing nothing, etc.

Moved out when I was 18, and have been out since then with the exception of a few months after graduation from college (university.) The couple months I was at home I realized how tough it probably is to try and date if you don't have your own place. That being said, I have a chuckle when women have these lofty expectations for men they want to date that they often don't meet themselves. I have dated quite a few girls who thought my having a roommate in my late twenties made me immature or "not a man" (girls exact quote) when they were living in a condo or townhome that their daddy bought for them or at least paid a portion of the mortgage.
