What about the other 10%? besides my opinion of the agenda, sleep paralysis is seriously a conscious experience. I can't remember what I experienced (spooky on its own), but I remember in the heat of the moment realizing my mind was not asleep. Probably the most intense fear you can ever experience.

Psychologists have postulated that the ubiquitous "gray alien" face just represents the "blank template" of human face recognition that is ingrained in everybody's mind by evolution.

So in dreamlike states it's no surprise that this face template shows up sometimes.

This happened to me when I was younger and I legitimately was too afraid to sleep, I could watch a Serbian film just fine but if I saw a picture of a grey alien i would literally go into shock. But remember, they aren't aliens. They're demons.

Most UFO incidents were reported between 1951-1959. After 1970s other incidents took their place such as aliens killing cattles, abduction etc.

then there is Felix Eugene who went to search for UFO and his plane disappeared when he got too close to the UFO looking object.

First Lieutenant Felix Eugene Moncla, Jr. (October 21, 1926 presumably died November 23, 1953) was a United States Air Force pilot who mysteriously disappeared while performing an air defense intercept over Lake Superior in 1953. This is sometimes known as The Kinross Incident, after Kinross Air Force Base, where Moncla was on temporary assignment when he disappeared.

The U.S. Air Force reported that Moncla had crashed and that the object of the intercept was a Royal Canadian Air Force aircraft. According to the report, the pilot of the Canadian aircraft was later contacted and reported that he did not see the F-89 and did not know that he was the subject of an interception.

They read like hallucinations, either naturally induced via mental illness or done via drugs.

Jesus dehydrated/ starved himself to near death in the desert and started hallucinating talking snakes; that's a natural DMT release. Mohammad talked to things in a cave; that's schizophrenia. Buddha fasted to near death to achieve nirvana; that's a natural DMT release. Shamans -- ayahusca. Hippies in the 60s having spiritual experiences man -- LSD. Modern cults -- obvious mental illness and drugs.

When it comes to spiritual stuff that's related to mind, until it happens to you, you will keep denying it exists. When it happens, no one else gonna believe you because it's mentally induced state and most people will expect logical explanation.

Anything is possible, Universe is too damn big to be skeptical of these things. I don't think human brain is capable of understanding all these phenomenon.

Under hypnosis Betty drew a version of the map she'd been shown. At the time experts said the map didn't resemble any known area of space. However, the Hills continued to insist they had been abducted until they died.

I'm already hesitant with their claims. Since a group of experts said it doesn't resemble any star system. Then you get one expert later one saying that it does.

Who do we believe? The group of scientists who can verify each others discoveries? Or the one man who says the opposite?

Have you ever fasted? How do we know eating how do we is correct for proper observation of reality? Nikola Tesla commented on this saying 'food what nearly all eat, to me is harmful and dangerous'. When you fast your mind is sharp and clear, obviously i'm not saying to starve yourself but there is something to many of these ancient texts (aka fasting, meditation things we're picking up today)

This is proof. The Hills have always had a very solid story.
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."
