Step 1: Answer the question above you.
Step 2: Ask a question.

Simple as that. Everyone is welcome to post as long as you're civil.

I've done both. Dirty is more fun at the time, but hate it once it's time to cut.

Never, because we had the traditional toilet that required you to squat all the way down. No wonder I'm good at squatting. Got the Western one only after I turned 20.

I wear my ring about 50% of the time. I'm actually allergic to most metals. So once I get water or sweat under it, my finger gets a nice rash. I usually take it off if I'm driving or at the gym, automatically. I never sleep with it on. I have a ring tan though, so I couldn't even get away with saying I wasn't married.

@ts3gSho' have. I was at the Kentucky Speedway, working a Nascar event, and was out there long enough to look like a drowned rat then a sun dried rat. Was terrible.

Have only done it once, and that's just because I was pressed for time and wasn't going to make it home before I had to leave for the office. Was before I started training at 0500

I'd be edgy, but realize turbulence isn't a huge, huge deal. But my nerves would be frayed after having been one a plane for that long. With my luck I'd be sitting next to the only other person on the plane who lifts. It always works that way. No room.

Ha. the guy I sat next to from MSP-CVG last week made me laugh. He wasn't a small guy, but didn't lift. As soon as I sat down, he said "Well, you're not the 100lb blond I had prayed for, but I guess a fit 200lb guy is just as good". I about fell out of the seat laughing...then realized he wasn't laughing :/
What's your take on cole slaw?
Depends on what kind. I like the kind from KFC and such. But I don't necessarily care for the larger cut, more vinegary based.

Push Press. Make sure when you push the bar up, you do a quarter squat and your heels come off the floor. That creates lots of power. I say this because a lot of people don't know how to Push Press correctly. Oh, and also make sure the bar rests properly on your front deltoids for effective power transfer.

I change wipers every spring. Let the ice from winter fuk them up, then enjoy the new ones when it rains.

Had to have been the kids doing 1/3 ROM squats. Threw on his belt and did 275 for reps. Adding all the reps together, they still didn't hit parallel.
