They'll all be OK.... for the most part. Woman gets the short end of the stick though in the end (thankfully).

She pays her deductible, Ferrari gets repaired by insurance - no problem.
HOWEVER, not only do her insurance rates at least triple, but depending on how good her relationship is with her insurance company... my guess is that it isn't going to bethatgood... then she will get dropped from her insuranceafter this accident gets settled and they raise her rates before dropping her.


So she'll be forced to try to find a new insurance company that will take her, since the old one dropped her it'll be incredibly difficult, which means her rates will beEVEN HIGHERsince the new insurance company will see the red flags. It's not mandatory in the state of Virginia to have car insurance, however she'll need to pay the DMV to drive uninsured:
Virginia law requires that all drivers have a way to pay for injuries or property damage resulting from a car accident. You can satisfy this financial responsibility law by EITHER: Purchasing car insurance. Paying Virginia's Department of Motor Vehicles to drive uninsured.
tl;dr Silver-lining is that she is f*cked as far as it comes to legally driving another car in the state of Virginia. REKT dumb bishhhh

Lol at the end "nobody was hurt" the owner of that car would probably rather all her bones broken than have that damaged.

Its not a huge deal though if you get good body work done it shouldnt affect resale value much.
