I'm a dude and sadly I could post myself in here too. I'm not a whale but I went from aesthetic to fat over the past few years. Slowly getting into the gym again. Beginner DOMS are real. It's funny though when people see my fat ass in the gym doing complex exercises and they like u wot m8 how does he know this ****

girl I went to high school with is going through one of these transformations. She used to be so pretty and skinny. After not seeing her for 2 years she comes in my family's restaurant on fathers day looking like she packed on about 50-70 pounds. It was very shocking and traumatizing how one could get so big in TWO YEARS.

Prednisone. My son had kidney issues and was prescribed prednisone. It causes severe water retention and a ravenous appetite. In one week he went from 106 to 126 (at 5'9 12 year old at the time). He was on it for 3 months and put on a ton of weight. 3 months off it and he was back to his normal weight, which is skinny as f*ck for his height.

lol you can pack that on in one year easily, I've managed 15 pounds in like 3-4 weeks before when I was eating whatever I wanted with no fuks given.
