The world is filled with energies. Opposing, complementary energies. If he's the feminine one in the relationship, then you'd be the dominant, masculine type. Females who cannot fill that role - the relationship fails.
And personally, I don't believe it's possible for either gender to fit into the opposing role.

You say you're uncomfortable around men... you won't be if you meet a guy that actually cares, but is still dominant and assertive. Not just a douchey control freak.
You're 20 years old. You might think you want a nice emotional guy who shares his feelings and relies on you to make decisions, but in 5 years I guarantee you will change your tune. Women are naturally attracted to confident, assertive men, men who have and can acquire resources for her offspring and protect her - that part is innate. The reason I say it's 'weird' is because it contradicts the natural complementary roles of both genders.
You will be more attracted to a guy who takes the lead; he takes your hand, cares about your happiness and leads you towards it.

I don't submit and I don't just whine and complain. I can take the lead and be in charge, and I still consider myself a feminine woman. I want a feminine man who is comfortable with himself. I want that man to be strong and defend himself. I want him to take the lead when needed and not be weak to others. I want him to be my equal, so we can both be strong and weak for each other. We'll take each other's hands and lead ourselves into happiness.
Not everything has you fit into your narrow view of the perfect couple. People like me don't want that. I want someone like me and we can love and understand each other.

OP your first mistake is pretending that women actually mean what they say when they voice their opinion.

I still want someone expressive with emotions, but that doesn't have to mean he is crying when because of a bs media story or he broke his nail(like some annoying woman I have known). I guess I am looking for a person who is feminine and takes that roll in life, but will stand up to any challenge and not back down. With me we are equals.
We can both be ourselves, giving and taking the power dynamic in our relationship.

I made the last response, that you had the wrong idea of what feminine is.
I made the last response, that you had the wrong idea of what feminine is.
When I say feminine man, I mean a dude who isn't connected to his inner masculinity. There are traits associated with each type of energy.
Masculine = strong willed, mentally unshakeable (at least when he's most needed), the granite that less stronger energies hold onto for support. Think of this energy as the rock or a mountain. Solid in the face of changing winds of time.
Feminine = flexible, nurturing, flowing like water around the obstacles of life.
Obviously, these are very brief descriptions, there's so much more to them.
So let's have your definition Tier0
Thus let me live, unseen, unknown;
Thus unlamented let me die;
Steal from the world, and not a stone
Tell where I lie.
