That definitely applies to every vehicle I've been in lol. The Cougars had the best AC from what I remember.

One thing that is retarded about the M-ATV's air conditioning is the back vents for the dismounts are in a terrible position. The little plastic cover over the vents broke easily and as soon as it broke any brass and links coming down from the turret easily went inside of them and would fuk the system up, we learned that the hard way after our first tic with them broken. We eventually fabricated our own durable covers over them, but then there wasn't a way to angle the air to the dismounts, was pretty gay.

Well, the fogging occurred because he blew on it. You breath on glass when it's cold and wet, it's gonna fog up. Putting some kind of anti fog treatment on your optics seems like a good idea if you're going to be in those conditions. Also, don't breath on your glass when it's cold.

FFS Farles, you live in Georgia and used to wear glasses. You should know this.



SpecterDR is cool, but it's heavy. Maybe I shouldn't have put it on an already heavy LWRC though. That rofl is a pig.
I'll have to look more into this. Then I could just easily sink the 2x4 into the ground, correct?

I was looking at some DIY rebar stands but 2x4 sounds a hell of a lot cheaper and easier.

Yeah I like it, it's not for everyone though being a double stack 45, it's big. The trigger is just like any other DA trigger i've felt, long pull, mediocre reset, I would put it on par with my mk25. I like shooting it better with the can actually, balance and all that.

Well, mine has a stand and the 2x4 goes in the stand. I don't know how easy it would be to sink a 2x4 into the ground, you'd probably have to get it pretty deep (phrasing) to support the weight of a steel plate as well as the impacts of rounds on that plate.

I never got to shoot the one my friend had before he sold it, I've got an FNX-9 and he said the trigger was worse than that. I can't remember what he was carrying at the time, but I think it was an XD.

Huh? Most pmags don't have windows.

PMAGs are a long-proven gold standard and they can be had for like $12-$14 each, it is legitimate to ask "why buy anything else?"

There are good USGI mags with magpul followers that can be had for $7-$8 in moderate quantity sometimes, so that's one possible answer to why buy something else.
