Seems like he lost a lot of mass. I think his estrogen is out of wack off the tech. Maybe that's why he sucks at qb and acts like a feminist

Lol at anyone who thinks kap genuinely cares about these issues. Now that he's not going to be a starting qb anymore he's just looking for new ways to be in the spotlight. He has always been an attention seeking douche.

****ing LOL. The worst part is that it's true.

Misc is turning into the group on the complete opposite side of SJW Tumblr Feminists. Miscers get offended by anything that has any hint of social activism toward women, minorities, etc.
And big surprise, 99% of the posters in said threads have probably never, and will most-likely never, experience the prejudices that POC have to deal with.

I'm all for trolling SJWs when they do something outrageous or get offended by something miniscule...but this mf is wearing socks and not standing during the national anthem. Why get so offended over that?

Thing is, no one even runs to Al Sharpton. Everytime someone gets butthurt cause of him it's comical. Swap out Sharpton for Farrakhan and these certain people may have a point. But at the same time, educated Blacks think Farrakhan is a snake.

Funny thing is you'll hear "Do a peaceful protest like MLK, he did right" "Would MLK be proud seeing riots?" They're given what they want and it's like "No, not like that".

I agree.

Take a step back and consider some of the police shootings in the last decade. I believe that most cops are trying to do a good job and aren't trigger happy. But there are too many cases where someone ends up dead for no reason. Is it because of racism? Lack of training? Lack of screening? Incompetence? I don't know.

But as a country, it merits discussion.

Really? protesting the government by not standing for the anthem at a sporting event? That's a pretty low bar for 1st amendment right exercising. Regardless, his 1st amendment rights are really irrelevant. I haven't seen or heard anyone calling for the removal of his constitutional rights. I just see people disagreeing with him.
If he had abstained from pbjs, nobody would be talking about it.

He has succeeded in generating discussion, which was why he chose the anthem.
Thank God, because Lord knows we haven't been talking about race relations in this country at all since President Obama was elected in 2008.

The only thing people are talking about, mostly, is how they think Kaep is an idiot or they think Kaep has 1st amendment rights. He has nothing to contribute to the race relation discussion, as evidenced by his completely unrelated action of protest and babbling about Hillary running for President, etc etc etc

All IMO of course

1 is "too many." The # of interactions violent black felons have with police versus their interactions ending in a shooting are extremely low, even when they resist. The data is there. The Philando cases are greatly outnumbered by the Ferguson/Baton Rouge cases... even though the media attention is given to the latter.

I'm honestly shocked how few police shootings of black citizens there are considering the sheer volume of violent offenders in that community in the ghettos.

Not really because what he is doing is going against common courtesy, respect, common sense, and so on.

Look at it this way.....he is that buzzed dude at a party who goes around cupping girl's a$$es and making fun of others when he completely knows it is not cool and you try to kick him out but he wont move. So you get even more angry because you are shocked at his behavior since you don't see it often because we have common courtesy and respect as a society.

How about he uses his fame and social status to do something useful. Does he donate his time or money to struggling black communities that are suffering from poor police-community relations?
My guess is no..

He does what much of BLM does which is grab as much attention as possible without any direction or purpose. Kaepernicks stunt doesn't help the black community or racial tensions. It just screams pay attention to me.

Kaepernick if you feel strongly about things, use your time and $ toward community programs, legislation, scholarships etc. But he won't because he doesn't actually care.

For cryin' out loud, so many people act like Cops just drive down their street with the windows down in minority neighborhoods just mowin' down black folks.

That's SO far from the truth it's ridiculous.

Just about every instance I've seen on these "incidents" follow the same fukking pattern (fighting cops, not following instructions, pointing a weapon at a cop, etc). I'm NOT saying there are no crooked Cops, God knows there are.

But I don't think any cop wants to kill somebody. Not only do they gotta live with that the rest of their life, but their career is likely over, they gotta deal with the media, the backlash, the potential trial, etc... I can't imagine ANY cop wants any of that chit.

I've yet to hear somebody explain to me why BLM is not protesting their own problems in Chicago, Detroit, etc, instead of protesting Cops; when the number of blacks killed by cops is *MINISCULE* compared to the number of blacks killed by blacks. Please SOMEBODY explain whey BLM doesn't do something about that. Do Black Lives Matter, or not?

Itt miscers are mad that someone who has a considerate amount of power is bringing attention to the inadequacies of social justice in America.

Call him a ******* all you want, but he did indeed hit a nerve that most of you all are unwilling to accept.

Black on black crime is apparent, just like any other race, however cops take oath to protect and not to cold blood murder innocent civilians.

America is fuked up and needs a huge awakening in our black communities, and other communities in general.

Kaepernick is awaking 'the giant' that most of you would like to remain asleep.

Nice try though.

Do Black Lives Matter, or not?
i hate to break it to you but people being homicidal is definitely a thing, and is nothing new.. they will always exist - some become military and police, and some just do their own thing
A million miles away - I don't.. feel.... anything.
