I dont find the appeal in any of that. Cool, Youre going to party for 2-3 years then graduate and get stuck in the 9-5 grind right after. You go from that to working with a bunch of people twice your age and live a boring life.

Life? Nah man, never been my thing. I'll go out once a weekend but nothing crazy. I forced myself to try it but it wasn't my thing. I even worked as a bouncer for a while. Getting **** faced drunk all the time is not my style.

Lived it, loved it at times and hated it most others. Its not as cracked up to be unless you're top 10% slayer status or a 6+/10 female, in which case its everything its made out to be. Still glad I experienced it though so I don't have to wonder what it was like.

My fondest memories are actually of me and my brahs all being hung over in the afternoon and eating taco bell and playing fifa and swapping stories of the night before, moreso than the actual nights out

I find myself regretting it often, but when I think more about it I really doubt I would have even enjoyed it that much. Just not really my thing. I much prefer a lifestyle of going to work and then having a few beers afterwards with a few close bros. That constant partying would probably just drain me. Only thing I really missed out on was getting to screw HBB's. But it's really never too late to go out and do that.

Thought I did but looking back at it I am happy I didn't, I graduated college as a virgin and didn't lose the v card until 24.

Then while all of the former party animals I knew were getting married at 24 because they had their fun, I took the time to experience the party life for myself while working. Moved to a big city, lived in desirable areas such as those with rooftop pools and lots of 20 somethings in them, slept with a ton of different women, experienced the club scene, went to amazing events, partied in Vegas, had sex with with an HBB at a pool party in Vegas while there were other hbbs around, and had the time of my life. I am in my 30s and still not married, have had the time of my life in regards to girls, partying, sex, and other fun experiences.

Compared to a college kid I had to be more proactive about it all but it was more rewarding in the long run.

Talked to a friend of mines who was in a popular frat back in his college days and he said most college parties were lame for the most part. You had guys standing around drinking cheap beer and girls on the other side of the area, most guys being too awkward to approach girls.

It's like not having that kind of a life made me seek it and it was far more rewarding after college.

i went to many parties. not going to have great experiences if youre ugly and/or socially awkward.
half the time the parties weren't even like that. its mostly just drinking, playing a dumb game or two, trying to talk to a girl that's already had her sights set on someone else, etc by the end everyone pairs off and ****s - i didn't bc see above

the good looking guys had great times though

Yes but then I remember I'm ugly/ethnic so I probably wouldn't have enjoyed it anyways

My main regret in life is not "going off" to college and missing out on all the networking opportunities/social bonding/social growth that occurs in that 4 year time span

My regret is living too much of it, it put me at least 1 year behind in life. Not that I would want to ldar, but some more balance and responsibility back then would be better for me.Certainly had many experiences that will last a lifetime and will probably never have the chance to do again though.

I love college/uni life. My only regret is that I only started partying in my 2nd year when I got decent roommates. Spent 1st year being at home and was bored the phuck out of my mind all the time, basically wasted 1 year of my life.


Brb drinking/smoking every weekend.

Brb increasing social circle every time there's party

Of course you have to be able to not let partying affect your studies in the end. I partied a lot but also graduated with top grades, but there's bunch of mofos that just live that drunk student lifestyle and forget about their studies.

I'm 23 and I live in a res hall lol. Have my own dorm, well I share a bathroom. I've had opportunities, it just feels way fcking weird tbh. I don't want to be guy trying to fit in with the younger crowd. Rather set my own standard and be that older guy who acts like an adult, yet chill enough for the youngins to have an easy conversation with. I'm focusing on getting acquainted with people who are in engineering like myself. Would have some common ground, more a mature relationship. They respect military brahs, they will be asking you a lot of questions and chit about life.

I'm in the situation, not sure if i should go to college that late to experience this, but i think the party scene is best when you can live on campus, maybe too late for us brahI wish i could turn back time, to the good old days.
