Papa have you bought a barrel yet? Granite ridge has ballistic advantage barrels with installed gas blocks for like 180 shipped. Thats as good as it gets.

So I'm building a free float pistol upper. I have an aero stripped upper and a BA 10.3 barrel ordered. Planning on a surefire MB556k. Recommendations for a rail? I like the geissele mk8 9.5in, but any other ideas are welcome. I want it to be fairly light.

mk4 geissele's are lighter than mk18 DD rails pretty sure. Lot of people report this when swapping.
