In my state we have 2 kinds of plates, one that says "In God we Trust" the other a simple rendering of the state with no message.
In 90% of the cases it's an ******* with the in god we trust plates.
80% it's a truck driver
70% it's a woman babbling on her cellphone.
60% it's a BMW/AUDI/Merc. (Usually white)
