Seems like a chill job srs. I've known some people who were mailmen and they were always done by 1pm, paid till 4-5. You get paid for a 8-10 hour day but most get so efficient they're able to go in, sort the mail, deliver the mail, in less than 5 hours. Sometimes they take on an extra route valued at, say, an extra 3 hours, and they're back home at 3-4pm getting paid for an 8 hour work day with 3 hours time and a half overtime.

Honestly, it sounds like a pretty sweet gig, especially if you deliver in a nice neighbourhood, like to walk, listen to music, have conversations with lots of people, etc.

People always gave my mailman buddy gifts around xmas too, really nice things.

*Use half the roll to wipe after a poo crew*
*Fart in the gym and blame rotten smell on faulty ventilation crew*
*Fart at home and blame it on the dog crew*
*Watch neutron-star density poop mock me as water flushes around it and it stays put crew*

*Coffee black as midnight on a moonless night crew*

Not a problem over here. It's mild and drizzly 90% of the year broken up by about two weeks of snow and five days of really nice weather.
