First time I've ever reset my 3 accounts and there getting p!ss all matches. Weird I've done it so often and now I'm getting sh!t.

Anyone else here who resets there accounts often and does well, do you use a fresh FB/Device id and mobile phone # ?

Tinder FOR SURE punishes you now for resetting. Basically can 100% confirm it as girls I know personally can't see me even when they are swiping constantly with distance set to 1 mile. I went from like 2-3 matches/day to 1 or 2 a week, usually only my superlikes.

I've heard theories that it lasts like 30 or 60 days and then the matches start to roll in, so I guess you might have to wait it out, create a new acct, new device, etc.

Ye guess I'll have to steal a phone and number somehow, Used to get 10-15 matches a day swiping the 50 once. This 2-3 match a day crap isn't acceptable.

Tons of ugly chicks in my stack which is NOT usual. Spawns of Satan himself are trying to corrupt me

Like I said in the last thread, this is likely conjecture on your part. Remember that there are different ELO scores so your friends may not see you regardless.

I've reset and had no issues, but haven't done it in a month or so, so I can try again and see if I can confirm/deny your claims.

Remember that matches have gone down for pretty much every guy in this thread over the past several months.

is greater than the amount of new users in your area (probable)

then you receive a lower score and you might not appear to your friends.

Bumble is where it's at boyos. No way on the app to show you the number of matches but I have over 70 since Monday. Got 4 numbers already, a few are keen to meet. Not sure wtf is going on. It must be that time of the year. Get on bumble if you don't have it already.

It basically means you're a Chad, particularly if the matches continue to roll in days later (i.e., after your ELO rating has started to stabilize).


The consensus observation is that Bumble frontloads high ELO scoring profiles (i.e., the top 10-20% ELO rated profiles are presented first, followed by everyone else). This is in contrast to Tinder's algorithm which tries to synchronize ELO ratings between potential matches.

The basic outcome is this: Bumble > Tinder if you're in the top 10-20% of profile attractiveness, but Tinder > Bumble for everyone else (because their profile will just about never get presented on Bumble)

There's a loophole, follow these steps:
1. Use 10/10 male model pics
2. wait and collect matches for a week before swiping
3. switch to your pics
4. swipe and rake in matches
5. SUCCESS! Pat yourself on the back for a job well done
7. ...
8. All matches expire without messaging

This might be true but there's no reason not to use both since they are both free and easy to set up. I get more matches on tinder but I get matches on both and probably have actually met as many or more people on bumble since I've been on it.

I'm a web developer, I've helped develop a few open-source autoswipers. I can say that aside from my anecdote of it happening to me personally, it also happened to my fake Chad accounts used for testing. Where they would get 800-1000 matches within a few hours, I'd reset after making some changes, and it would dwindle and get down to the like 20 match per day range. As fake chad profiles. Also Tinder is not public about their algorithm so people can't game it.

I have zero reason to believe at this point that I'm a 1 match/month person. My profile is probably 5/10, but lesbereal my main pic is of me and my 10/10 golden retriever. Even fatties are gonna swipe right on that kind of pic. I get very VERY few matches now as opposed to last run.

I get F All matches on bumble. Even if the chicks are way hotter, theres like 1/10th the amount of people using it here. Tinder I autoswipe into 8k people before it runs dry. Bumble, try 4-6 hundred. Then you get maybe 30 a day.

The "matches waiting" is also a lie. It says 2, I swipe right on about 30 people till its dry, I go to matches page and theres zero. Happens more than once.

Which autoswipers? I'm in need of a new one, Flamite doesn't stop swiping once you hit the swipes limit like it used to.

When did you do these tests? Between April and August I reset 7 times on the same account and tracked the matches. I also experimented a bit with new photos. My matches per week stayed between 32 and 56 with one outlier week at 90 (July 4 weekend).

When I buy plus again I'll make a brand new ******** account and test.

Tinder++ was the last one I was working with the developers on. I haven't contributed in almost a year though. I don't know if it still works. Also it's a nodejs application so you need the installed on your comp to run it

Yep, still works but as tinder has changed, you cant reach the settings for it anymore, so it swipes every second or 2, whatever was default.
It's a cydia tweak on jailbroken phones.

The match queue is correct, bumble just slowly drip feeds those profiles to you. Bumble is sh!t in Australia, not enough users and quite a few girl profiles aren't even active. That new beeline update fked with everything aswell.

What I'm doing now is spoofing to NY, setting it to both men/women to try get as many likes to my profile as possible. I only have 7 possible matches in ~30 hrs, Within the first hour I had 3 possible matches from girls, something is wrong. Maybe since I'm not swiping anybody it's f!cking with it also. Maybe its my specific location aswell.

@spadelexus , you're pretty close to NY aren't you? Where's a good spot to Spoof? For maximum exposure

just spent a couple days learning lightroom, presets, and brushes. Touched up a few pics. brb girls are gonna leave when they see me in real life. jk, didnt go crazy and overdue the face brushes. mostly general lighting and color, makes them pop more.

I should buy a nice mirrorless camera to take everywhere so I can get some better pics. I dont like the staged shots usually, just want some high quality pics of when I'm really doing fun/social things.

I want to reset my profile with the better pics I have since I made it 5 months ago...but you guys have scared me. dont want to get flagged

Made a fresh account with a new phone #, fb and with a new phone. Can confirm now the suspicions are true, Resetting profiles kills your ELO. Made an account at 2am, Didn't swipe at all. 10 hours later I have 5 instant matches.

Now, my other 2 accounts which have been reset over and over using the same number, fb, phone. Using it for 3 days, swiped the limit each day, total of 8 matches.
