What's for lunch fam?
Funny story - sat in the traffic for twenty five minutes. 1/2 from the exit. Finally said eff it abs rode the shoulder to the exit. When I got up there, traffic started moving again...I hopped in. Felt like a complete a hole, wasn't my intentions at all though. Oh well.

Same as always. Chicken but I'll add something since I'm at home. Will update when I do so.

Chicken with....not sure yet. Salsa is all gone. Green beans are gone. Might make some rice and black beans...we'll see. Just weighed in at 196 after eating so I'm not too worried about diet to stay under 197 for tomorrow's push presses. I'll probably be 194-5 first thing in the morning.

Some pretty cool museums. Churchill Downs (especially around Derby time). Lots of historical buildings. Big time foody town. Drive an hour and you're in the horse farms of Lexington. Bourbon trail is in the area. Plenty to see, always what you make of the trip. People are friendly as well.
