I have keys to the facilities which is full of millions of dollars of equipment, so yes, there is plenty of valuable stuff that I could steal. It would be a PITA though, and I don't know how or where I would offload it, so I'll stick to living the straight arrow life

I think I hve hurt my lower back/left hip while doing dead lift on last Wednesday, I still have pain, shall I go and a doc/PT?

Quadratus lumborum pain. I've had that happen to me and the pain went away on its own. If you're still concerned, see a doctor. My internet diagnoses could be wrong.
