To hug, what I do is just open my arms up and let them do the work, it will be awkward for them not to hug you with that position. But it could backfire at the same time.

I've slept with a few girls, but it's not something I have any control over. 2 of the girls approached me (one here on the Misc, one on ********), and the others were from Tinder. No I've started to work out but I suffer from severe social anxiety and crippling depression as a result of a genetic metabolic disease (that I'm now getting treatment for)

Despite medical and scientific proof, I still think that depression is something you can control. Yes everyone get's sad and down but to beat yourself down every single day is absurd. I just broke up with a fling for 3 weeks and I thought I was depressed until battle assembly where I went out and drank.

It all came in around a 2 year spurt. Nothing for my first 34 years, then 5 girls in 2 years, and now nothing again since May of this year. It's a good thing I'm used to it, but it sucks when you think maybe you won't have to be alone for a while and of course, you're wrong. Hope is the mind killer.

The only way you can't get a girl to hug you, is if you don't talk or have any social connections, period. And that's literally impossible unless you have a crippling disease that impairs your ability to have social interactions...which he just admitted.

Getting a kiss takes more effort because now you have to convince a girl you have value, which takes more than just interaction, but sheer confidence.

Right you hug-less kiss-less fuks .. you need to understand why, where and how this lack of confidence was born and nurtured from.

You need to address this head on and deal with the trauma. EVERYONE has some level of worth in this world and everyone is unique with their own set of potentials.

Yeah I've started to lose a lot of weight and I'm no longer overweight but I think I'm stil a high body fat percentage (no idea how to measure though)
