I don't even remember the last time I cooked a steak. I put olive oil on it though and usually sprinkle it with some KC seasoning. Toss it on the hot grill (450+) for 15-20 seconds on each side (or less depending on thickness) and set it on my plate.
Is there any other way to prepare a steak?
