Do you ever see gym regulars out in public? Do you chat them up, do the ole head nod of acknowledgment, or just act like you've never seen them before?
Always an interesting situation when that happens. Usually just a nod, but occasionally a conversation will spring up. Hilarious to see people in non gym attire too - like a totally different side of their lives.

Setting the good example for my kids. My parents were never taught a healthy lifestyle, and so I wasn't either. Had to teach myself. I don't care if my kids ever lift, but I want them to be healthy. Eating is a large part of that. They never ask for candy or soda/pop/coke/etc. THey know they get it on rare occasions. They'd rather snack on peanuts than snack cakes. They won't eat a whole pastry, by choice. They eat and drink well. I'd say it's working so far.

When's the last time you took a week off the gym, whether forced or voluntary?

Do you remember what your last nightmare was about? Do tell...

Spoiler!
(I sorta had one last night...it was strange. I dreamt that there was a bad storm rolling in with a high potential for tornadoes. I was outside mowing my lawn and everyone in town was freaking out scrambling to get supplies or whatever, but I just HAD to get my lawn mowed, so here I am literally running across my lawn with my mower in order to get done in time (lol). Well I finish, go inside, and just chill in my basement until the storm hits. When it does, the lights go out, the ground is shaking like there is an earthquake, it sounds like a locomotive is driving through my house, and I'm just huddled up in the middle of my basement floor hoping for the best. Suddenly I "wake up", I'm in my bed lying on my back, I can't move, and there is dark figure on top of me. It is breathing heavily and it feels like I'm being suffocated. I try to fight it and start screaming "FUK YOU" to it, and after 30 seconds or so, I actually wake up, just drenched in sweat)

Are you sure you were drenched in Sweat?

I had a few months ago, not a nightmare but you heard of Sleep Paralysis?

So it was like this fkng she-devil sat on my right shoulder and was pressing me against my bed and I was trying my best to push her away. But I was like totally paralyzed and freaked out and started screaming help me help me but no voice was coming out of me, furaakkkkk... It lasted for a longgg time, I was crying, praying and thought that I'd be dead.
