guy is probably frauding but just for posterity's sake there are tons of people with complete chit English that go into PhD programs.
Was doing undergrad at uni and this 16 y/o Chinese kid was in my 2 hardest math courses breezing through them while the rest of us peasants sweated bullets. Talked to him to find out he was also taking 3~ PhD courses at the same time. Mind was fuked
That kind of person doesn't misc though, they're actually busy as fuak
