A few possibilities here: she either 1) doesn't think of you as dating/bf material or 2) is playing a game to get you jealous and try to get you to commit.
Assume it is #1 and act accordingly - if you have fallen for her, back out and go NC (I just did this in a similar situation just this week). If you have not fallen for her, just put her in a rotation and never think of her as anything more.
