This is how I say it.

If I want an elaborate ar job done

Receivers/ rail one color, stock, grip, barrel etc another color, should I buy all the parts and have it done then assemble and hope I don't scratch it?

You're underestimating how tough cerakote is.
If it was prepped, sprayed, and cured right, you're going to need to do some serious goofing up when assembling the rifle to scratch it.

Glad to hear that. I was concerned about holster wear with the new glock.

Was my idea right though?

I agree

Spoiler!
I wondered why they didn't recast him at first but I didn't realize the story line was so close to the start of episode 4.

Still though, no rehashed story, no characters created to appeal to kids and sell more toys.

Yes. Buy everything and have it done at once, then assemble as you would any rifle.

Cox can probably post a pic of his 19 to give you an idea of how cerakote holds up to holster wear.
It isn't indestructible, it will wear in and out of a holster. Kydex doesn't show any finish mercy, and cerakote isn't exempt.

About four weeks until I can prepare my tax return...hoping for a juicy refund this year because that's my best hope for being able to buy anything gun-related.

Wish list:
1. Glock 43 and a holster
2. Get an Aero lower and build a complete lower with Magpul furniture
3. More pmags, maybe a decent range bag, a carbon fiber bore rod, and other small stuff

Who actually made all their 2016 gun purchase plans they made back in January?

I don't remember what I said I wanted but I picked up several guns this year.

All I want for next year is an sbr and some cans.

Lol, there's just absolutely nothing Glocks don't do better than M&P's to me, so I'm pretty biased.

I like both. The gen 4 is just so sweet. Being able to flip the safety around is pretty awesome too.

A G26 is probably my next pistol purchase, so I'm not going to sit here and rip them....but since I've had mine, I've shot them both side by side....I just shoot the M&P better.

But there was nothing about the Glock that I didn't like.

Watched Rogue One last night with my little one. I really wasn't going to see it. Didn't interest me. But my son wanted to go. Glad that I went. I would say that it is my second favorite SW movie behind Empire Strikes Back.

Weird that all the reviewers are saying the same exact thing.

Best SW since episode 4?

Taking my son to see it, unless his mother beats me to it, but shes a Trekkie anyway.

I glassed my AR and my EBR, bought ammo, and upgraded my triggers. I think I'd wanted to buy an AR-10, but that isn't happening anytime soon. Probably done buying guns for a while. I like the ones I have a lot.

I am a Trekkie myself.

There is a story between episodes 3 and 4 that was overlooked. This movie pieces that story together nicely. Answers a lot of questions leading up to episode 4. The end of Rogue One is what makes it all worthwhile to me. The nostalgia is real.

Spoiler!
Watching Vader slaughter the rebel scum was great.
