I honestly think more people should watch these videos. These videos are reality. If more people realized this was what daily life is like for billions of people, maybe they would stop complaining about all the stupid chit in their life.

Not healthy to watch those kind of videos, like I understand a once off out of curiosity every few years, but that **** will legit change your brain chemistry and psyche over time. I've known a few people over the years that regularly watch those kind of videos, one ended up stabbing his wife and the other couple have become more detached and aggressive over the years to the point I couldn't be around them due to them giving off this feeling of being ready to explode at any time.

Yea its fine to remind yourself the realities of this world now and again, but its like anything negative in your life, keep that **** to a minimum or it'll change you.
