So wait he was caught with that much.... fk so that means he has smuggled way more than that over time if that's what he had on him in one instance. Dude probably moved billions in before getting caught.

What always surprises me about these stories is how flashy these guys live. How the f do you think that will last? I assume he knew it wouldn't last forever so he just lived as hard as possible for as long as possible.

true if you look at it in an overly simplified way imo

think about the people this money is going to and the kind of violence and power struggles you see between drug cartels in mexico.. not saying this is mexican coke but it's the same kind of people. even at the lowest rung you're funneling money to really awful people who do really awful things

Can’t believe the demand and thus the price for coke in Australia. Paying hundreds for a gram with stuff cut with all kind of poison. Better save your money and have drug binge elsewhere.

you can say that about a lot of things, a handful of people shouldn't be able to dictate what others can and can not put into their bodies if it doesn't harm anyone else. The war on drugs is responsible for so many evils in the world that wouldn't be funded if drugs were legal. Especially when the government is the one that allows the drugs into the country in the first place(cia letting people smuggle drugs as payment for services.

The itself is poison though bruh. It's processed with acid and diesel when it's being made in the towns and villagers it originates from. That's why Coke heads have fuked up noses cause the Years and years of abuse eats away at your nose and causes septal perforation.

Dude probably lived like a king for a long ass time. Someone at his level will have lots of cash reservoirs though so unless he's getting like 30 years he'll be rich when he gets out. Although the government is going to seize everything he owns and invested in as proceeds of crime.
Edit - Colombian isn't even the best anymore and it's not even the Coke capital either. Peru took over everything Colombia once had. Had no idea their were different strains of the coca plant but Peru naturally growing coca plant is the best strain for making coca paste
