Julien Greaux without a doubt has the GOAT physique. He's had my dream body since I was like 16 years old (no homo). He used to be pretty popular back in the day, but now he doesn't focus on fitness modeling anymore

agreed tbh because this sh!t is actually attainable and maintainable without roids





goat tbh. When I first started lifting this picture looked huge to me, now its obvious he is probably no more than 165lbs, yet its still the most desirable look for me anyway.

Good point, Marcos physique is only maintainable with loads of gear and it wouldn't be for very long unless you're willing to accept the major health damage.

Walbergs physique back in the day was good and very maintainable, but Marcos is still superior

As someone who is sitting in his office chair now in agony because of a pinched nerve or hernia, I don't know yet, I can get a glimpse of what he's going through.

But I obviously never looked like that (I still looked pretty good) and haven't fallen so hard. I'm still in pain 24/7 and hopefully getting fixed soon because I'm losing my mind.

I don't know if I could even carry on if I was him, I'm not that strong mentally.

I've already decided that if I don't get better and that this is my life then I'm gonna end it on my terms. I wouldn't wish this upon anyone.

Yep, I remember when his original girl left him. Reading his posts around that time was so ****ing heartbreaking. Can't even imagine what life is like waking up every single morning and knowing that, prior to events beyond your control (he was the passenger of the car hit), you held one of the best looking physiques on the planet, and were an up and coming superstar in the fitness world.

He still has bad days where he posts some pretty negative stuff, but for every person that has something negative to say about him there's a dozen more that will drown it out with their positivity. His fan base may be small in comparison to other fitness icons, but it's unanimously positive.
