Haaaaaaa OMG that actually happened to an old army buddy of mine where the baby came out black (both of them were white). He couldnt even comprehend it. The doctor had to try explaining it to him but he kept insisting no he's just dark. It really took him a couple months not only to accept it but to leave her. I remember running into him like near 10 yrs later and we were talking and he says he got married and had a daughter since. It just kinda slipped out and I asked what color was she... man he was pissed. Were still friends though

If you don't care then going with Gregory would be fine. Myself, I would explain that the child is not getting my family's name but MY last name and that will mean to him/her and to your Wife whatever you make it mean. You aren't your extended family and this child is YOUR family, give that little ****er your last name.
