Really? The vanilla isn't my favorite but it's drinkable without mixing stuff in it. I remember the old vanilla ice cream made me cringe, but they fukked with the flavor formula of it and added a peanut butter-like taste, atleast that's what I picked up on. It's still not my favorite, but I still don't mind drinking it.

I've never had a protein so bad it was undrinkable

I don't like the ones with chunks in them though (like Animal's cookie and cream) or oats added in (MetRx maybe? IDK, it was just a sample)

I ordered a tub of Pre-Kaged this morning. Hope it's at least as good as Assault was. It's got all the ingredients I was looking for.

Now that I'm lifting before work, I haven't needed a pre. Just eat a peanut butter sandwich and hit the weights.

Wish I'd picked up this schedule a long time ago.

in on no pwo crew, been about 2-3 months now no pre. only supps are 2000mg vit c, omega 3 (2 capsules no idea how many grams), and proton powder.

have been keeping my strength up pretty well without the pre gym boost. did ohp today and got 180x5 (strict, touch chest no knee bounce) , its never been a lift i excelled at.

Assault never did it for me. Jumped from Assault to Hyde and that was legit. Hyde would fuk with my stomach hard occasionally and it'd make me nauseous, but majority of the time it was beta alanine tingles everywhere.

I mainly ordered it to help me get back into running and marathons. I am a morning workout guy myself and coffee is usually all I take. A good PWO helps me with endurance at the start of training before I have enough miles built up.

I would definitely need a pre if I worked out before work - stopped taking them bc I work out at night usually and couldn't got to sleep

the first time I used assault it was great - tasted like ass - but worked

rest of the tub did nothing for me

same with pre-jym - first workout on that was awesome, then nada

and I do shake the tubs

My local Cabela's is less than half a mile over the South Carolina state line, and barely ten minutes away from downtown Charlotte. I saw a good deal on a used handgun about a month ago and they told my I was SOL. I can buy long guns there though. I go through the used racks about once a month.

lol that guy is the man. Buddy of mine bet me i couldnt eat a 20x20 (they wont make it had to order a 4x4 and 8 flying dutchmen), had to eat it fast so i didnt feel full until i was done, fukin workers were staring at me like i was some disgusting creature.

That's exactly what my friend looks like whenever we visit Atlanta. He has to stop at the first Krystal in Georgia which is at the Commerce outlets, and I have to sit and watch him eat 10 Krystals just like that guy. I think they're gross but I remember liking White Castle when I was a kid.
