I don't know anyone that kills spiders. They're fine if you leave them alone and they help keep insects at bay... Unless it's a funnel web, avoid at all costs.

Why is alcohol so expensive there? Also I've heard that Australians generally are more violent when someone is being a cuck, say at a bar, any truth to that and is the law less strict with fights?

Yes. But in all seriousness I have no idea why celltech is so big in Aus. I think Zyzz actually had a lot to do with it because it wasn't really that big of a thing before him.

Actually I remember reading the customs yearly reports and celltech seizures went from 100 in 2009 to over 5000 in 2011. Which coincides with Zyzz.

It's not that expensive? A 6 pack of brews costs like 12 - 15 bucks. In clubs it's pretty bad, but a lot of places hold "uni nights". which generally are 3 dollar basics, can get slammed for less than 50 bucks. But a lot of people just go the drug rout as drugs as generally pretty cheap here... except coke... that **** will set you back.

I guess, Australians don't carry guns or any weapons so 2 people can fight without the fear of another pulling out a gun. Police and courts use to turn a blind eye to a couple of guys duking it out but due to a recent run of deaths from 1 punch ko's they've cracked down hard. Aka. The Sydney lockout laws which destroyed nightlife in Sydney.

Yeah American Music is popular of course. ATM it's EDM and Indie sh*t that's in.
In the mid 00's Hardcore and Metal were very big here but it died out.

Also why the hell do people think we drink fosters. NO ONE drinks fosters. Kangaroo is really popular too. It's really nice you should try it. I'm sure some place sells it in the states

I'm an Australian living in Canada, and I cringe 90% of the time when I meet other Aussie's out in the world... They are always rude, self indulgent, overly drunk and think they can get away with anything, talking **** to anyone. Australians, especially young Aussie men really need to check their privilege while travelling.
