Girls are a fuking mess, I get that. I may get cheated on, I get that. But I won't be a little lonely b!tch without kids when I'm 80 and alone.
So, give me the plus side of being single in your 50's and above, with no kids/grandkids.

Also, most of the peeps that got married young, will be divorced and dealing with kids and the baggage from that marriage at 50.

The truth is there is no right answer it just depends on what you want in life. You're assuming that banging bishes and smashing drinks every weekend would be what you want from life when you're 60. That could be true or false.
We also don't know what society will look like in 30-40 years. Most guys I know talk about avoiding marriage like the plague and a lot of girls have started going down the "independent woman" route. Are all those people going to become desperate and get married? Or is a sizable portion going to stay single?
Personally I don't want kids, but I may consider marriage. My current GF of 3 years is the perfect partner and I'm not a 19 year old raging horndog anymore so random sloots are becoming less tempting. If this relationship doesn't work, I plan on being single for the foreseeable future. Will I become a sad old fuk? Maybe, but I'm not going to base a decision like marriage based on my insecurities about old age. I think that would qualify for what you kids call "cope" nowadays. Build your life around your values as an individual not on fear of the unknown.

Stronger chance you'll commit suicide. Happened to my uncle because of FA at 55, hanged himself in his mother's house because he couldn't take it anymore. Humans aren't made to be alone, and just imagine how painful it would be to be that old and no one to talk to, no one that loves you or enjoys your presence. That's why it's important to get married and have kids, srs..at least with that you have something

All the guys claiming they won't get married will. It's inevitable. It's funny how many people claim to be loners and love being single.
Like you said. One their friends get married and have kids, who do they have left?
In b4 they are the 40 year old guy hanging out with 21 year olds.

And actually no, that's not what I want when I'm 60. I want to kick it with my wife (hopefully), kids and grandkids, and be retired and live life.
Now I can understand not wanting to risk it with women, but living the party life isn't sustainable, and you're bound to get lonely.

There's plenty of people at 50 who aren't married, also not getting married doesn't mean you won't be in a relationship.
If you're 50 and can't ever find the time to have a beer you're doing something wrong.

As a male, this is when you travel and enjoy the other perks of life. You should had your fill of f*cking. I can promise by 50 you shouldn't care about sloots like you do now if you are even semi normal.

So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

OP the best thing you can do is get over the fear of being alone because at the end of the day we will all end up alone, if you have kids they grow up leave and you will be by yourself, wife dies and you are by yourself, rushing out and getting married because you are scared of being alone is the worst thing you can do, it will most likely end in divorce or you will end up with an old wrinkled wife nagging you everyday making you wish you were alone, best thing is to focus on yourself and the chips will fall into place.

A pretty big assumption that you will get married, live with that woman until you are 80 yrs old AND have kids who are going to be there for you when you are old.

Good question, I shall worry about it when I hit 30.
In the end though, we are all likely to be relegated to a care home to be beaten by minorities on minimum wage until our dying day.

You don't need to be worried. By the time you are 50 you will be drunk as fuc on the weekends and will be strapped into your virtual reality love chamber getting sucked off by a clone of Kate Beckinsale whilst JLO pounds her with a strap on.
