don't have a 2 hr commute

no need to be in gym for 2 hours, or find a less busy gym

8 hrs sleep...can be flexible lol. I usually get about 6

Also not sure how you have 1hr of chores every day?

Typical day for me:

-wake at 6
-into work by 8
-hour lunch, walk my dog
-off at 5
-gym after work, done by 6:30
-home by 7
-chill and kick it until 11/midnight.

shorten commute, find job closer to home.

enslave someone to do your chores

find a job that only has 30min lunches. LMAO at jobs that "give" you an entire hour to eat.

congrats i just saved you 3 hours (assuming 30 minute total commute still) a day on life

My commute is 5 minutes.

More like 7 hours of sleep

45 minutes at home gym

Chores are for suckers, hire a maid/wife/have kids.

Now you have 5 extra hours to Misc. So including the miscing you do at work you can easily do 10+ hours a day.

Yea this is why i dont believe people that say they work 80 hour work weeks

Something must be lax

Sometimes my job has me doing 30 hours in 2 days but it is literally only work all day

I build broadway stages under strict deadlines. Not only is the energu expenditure ridiculous but anymore id argue its not possible

So ipso facto 80 "hour" work weeks must be lax work

Having a business and replying to emails must be accounted for in this total

Yeah I understand. I guess it depends what you do for work and if your skill is easily transportable.

Like if you did sometype of freelance work (web development etc) you could easily move abroad and be considered wealthy while saving up. Less stress, more freetime etcetc.

lol at people who don't sleep 8 hours or gym for 2 hours.

That looks exactly right OP.

OP didn't even include getting ready in the morning. There goes your 2 free hours.
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

First of all...

Fukk a 2 hr commute

Second...

I workout before work. Get home around 5 (half-hour commute, boyo). Bedtime is 10/10:30.

Sure, there's dinner, shower, and kids in there, but that's adulthood. Certainly not 1-2 hrs, though - wtf?
