What is it that makes me attractive? (Pics)(nohomer)

Title. I am in my "medicated" mind now. And I'm curious w/ this question. I've posted/delivered ninja pics on the misc, and miscers are always butt hurt because I'm getting laid. And since I'm "medicated" now I'm am very curious about this question. Why do girls find me attractive?
