Almost everyone that's tried this has nothing but good things to say about it, basically you get the results of months of cutting in a couple of weeks with minimal muscle loss.

It is a very low calorie (~800), high protein diet that is to be run for a short amount of time (2-3 weeks). Anyone else in??

I've been intrigued with this for a while. But still getting noob gains on a regular cut so I'm sorta nervous about going that low

I've done it a few times. Longest was for 5 weeks. OP it's great for results but I don't think you understand what it does to you mentally. You are literally hating life the entire time. No worth it, would rather 1000 cal deficit and some cardio.

Also did once while having crohn's. Crohn's disease makes dieting easy mode because you're never hungry.

No thanks, Ash

I am currently cutting and steadily losing fat on 2400 kcals. The lowest I've gone was during my last cut at 1800 kcals.

800 seems like a nightmare brah, stay safe

I did it a few weeks ago and dropped some weight pretty fast but also lost some strength. Was worth it though. Now I upped my cals a little bit and I'm getting my strength back but still losing weight slowly.

Would rather not want to fuk hormones, stop auto****y from occurring, and feel like a dick for 5 weeks. Just hop into cyclical ketosis srs.

You're not supposed to do it much longer than that

I wasn't really hungry when I was doing PSMF. The key is to get plenty of veggies

My main advice for PSMF is to follow the hand book exactly and stay off the scale

Yeah, you don't work out on this diet.

My understand is your lifting sessions would be pretty bare, but none the less you need to try to maintain as much strength as you can.

Already doing Rapid Fat Loss (PSMF) and about a week in. Pain in the ass but the results are so quick and strength loss has been pretty minimal.

I'm so phuking down to do this. I currently hate myself bc I packed on 30 lbs since August and I've been trying to cut but it's going chitty bc I love alcohol and food. If I knew everyday all my food was coming from protein shakes though it would suppress my appetite. Couldn't you run it for like 7-10 days have a cheat day/carb up and then just keep doing that until you're happy with your results?

Kind of down to try it, but scared of strength loss or muscle loss. I remember I did some shiet like this back when I was 18 and lost about 15-12lbs in a month, but all I did was just eat 1 meal a day and fuking starve lol and do 1 cheat day a week. Got pretty shredded, but man that was the toughest fitness shiet I've ever done. I wasn't as big as I am now though so idk I'm scared to try it.

Fuk it I'll do two weeks and see where it takes me. I'm weighing about 188lbs right now if I can get to 180 in two weeks then this diet will have done it's job somewhat, but ideally I'd like to get 170lbs by end of May.

So let me get this thing straight. It's all protein and no carbs or fat? Lol hormones are about to get fuked. Can I eat some veggies with this shiet? I can only make my chicken taste so good.
