There isn't one pro natty BBer who stays 9-11% bodyfat year round. If you're trying to gain mass, the body likes having bodyfat. It also doesn't like going from a calorie surplus to a deficit.
I predict a massive burnout wheelspin

That is more or less how the pro natties go about it.

Currently a month back into my cut since I stopped around xmas time for 3 months. My daily diet is pretty much:
'meal deal' from local store which is a sandwich + crisps + drink (diet soda).
MyProtein protein cookie (320cals 38g protein in there which is pretty high for a protein 'bar')
Banana
200-300g chicken breast
240g frozen mixed veg (broc**** cauliflower carrots)
Whatever carb source I feel like that night, OR I throw 60g cheddar onto the veg and have a chocolate bar for dessert. Something like that anyway, always switching it up to what I feel like.
Take a multi vit + omega 3.
Drink tons of water throughout the day, managed to knock diet sodas on the head now except for 1/day
All works out just under 2000 cals and keeps me happy, the worst stretch is the last 2-3 hours of my work shifts where I feel drained/hungry. It's not super healthy but works for me.
edit - any uk brahs in here on that tesco meal deal hype?

Debating on shaving chest and abs, I am around 10% abs are there before eating but then sodium and water retention cause them to go away. So pretty close to beach ready, but hair is covering up definition.
At the same time I feel like I should just get thick solid and tight enough that hair doesn't matter.

This is not a good mindset tug, believe me I speak from experience. Do NOT do PSMF for any weeks, you're plenty lean. What it seems like to me is you added calories too quickly when you think you may have stalled or weren't gaining weight (more on this below).I was planning to start my recomp Sunday. Now I will do PSMF for next week and hop into a lean bulk afterwards. I realized that every month I would net about 1lb muscle gain and 1lb fat loss if I did things perfectly. Although that's good progress, it's too risky to **** that up and wheel spin, and on top of that I would barely notice the progress.
Will most likely do a 3-4 week bulk followed by 1 week cut, rinse and repeat. That should keep me at 9-11% indefinitely.

You're goal right now is the same as mine, to stay as lean as possible while gaining muscle, even if at a non-optimal rate. Here is a sensible approach to how you should go about it. IMO the best way to go about gaining (think gaining phase not bulking) for trained individuals. Do not think about bulking in terms of calories consumed. At least not initially. Start at maint or even a slight deficit...get on a solid program, and simply focus on getting as strong as possible. It's irrelevant, but been as you have now mentally at least decided to bulk your weights lifted or reps should be going upevery single session. This is aim number 1. Aim number 2 should be to put on as little bodyweight as possible (this seems counterproductive but it's not and will keep you in a surplus for longest). Just keep lifting until you stall, then probably it's a mental stall so keep going, then it'll be a boredom stall so keep going, then maybe after seriously WEEKS you might actually physically stall. ONLY THEN I would increase your cals when you need them (you have to decide this) at a bare minimum (maybe +100 kcals per day) until the lifts increase again.
People always misinterpret bulking, "I need to gain X amount of weight every week". You shouldn't simply aim to gain weight, no matter how slowly or precisely, you need to be pushing yourself hard enough in the gym. This is the only way to bulk properly. Your body won't build muscle just because you think you have measured your macros correctly, you need to destroy them in order to illicit the correct response and growth, regardless of what you eat.
Seriously, bulking isn't just putting weight on. A lean bulk isn't putting weight on slowly. Bulking is trying to make your muscles bigger, this is done in the gym and via rest. Precise calorie calculation is not the most important, let nutrition permit growth not be the driving force.

bulking is for people who have 3000ng/dl and higher test levels.
Being so light theres plenty of room to grow anyway.

it is also worth mentioning that protein for max MPS can be a benefit in such situations :http://www.nutritiontactics.com/meas...ein-synthesis/

I am leaning out normally for one final week then hopping into a bulk.
I believe my maintenance is 2000 calories. So my plan is to eat at 2000 calories for 2 weeks, assess my weight/measurements, and if I don't feel like I have gained anything, add 100 calories for another 2 weeks, rinse and repeat.
This approach is slow enough IMO to allow me to gain with minimal fat.
I also have lots of muscle memory to help me out.
As far as your theory.. what about people who just lift light weights, high rep, with mind-muscle connection? That's how I want to train.

Regarding training it's not the best way to train for naturals, but you can definitely work in the higher rep ranges if you prefer. Tha said you should always be trying to gain strength relative to those rep ranges. Progressive overload. If you continue to lift the same weight, volume, etc and keep increasing your calories you'll add more fat than muscle.

Sub 10 and you're going to lose a considerable amount more.Over the 9 years or so I've been much bigger and stronger (albeit at a higher bodyfat). I spent many of those years just learning how to really cut down.
There was a poster on the misc a while back that posted his 10 years worth of natty progress. I will probably be at his level by my 11th year.
I feel like as nattys, a lot of people get really big, but never really learn how to cut down; that's where the real challenge is.
To me, putting on muscle is easy, that's why I really never focused on it. I focused on what was difficult because I knew mass would come when I wanted it. There's no doubt I could put on 20+lbs of muscle (including muscle memory) by July of next year, when I turn 30.

This is why pro "natties" don't cut natty.

End of week 7. Still looking a little wide at the waist. I think another 2% will have me where I want.
