Controlled Labs White Pipes

The three non-stim pres I would look at areControlled Labs White Pipes, layne norton carbon prep, and pescience high volume

I just took carbon a few hours ago...it is a strong taste, I use 12oz of water (label says 8-10) to take the edge off. I think I have one scoop left in my tub.

Why would younottake creatine? lol It's one of the most researched and proven supps and one of the least expensive, it'w win-win. Green Mag is good, it's good a little bit pre workout with the betaine as well. Get a basic monohydrate powder also if you get something fancy like green mag and take it on off days. 5 grams a day, every day (unless you take a different creatine that day, Carbon Prep has 3g and of course something like green mag is all you need for that day) any time of day, in any beverage, no loading, no cycling, done

Actually, white pipes and green mag might stack together pretty well pre workout since green mag has betaine which white pipes does not (that carbon prep has betaine as well, but high volume does not)

taken creatine mono in the past and didn't notice much, if any effect - I've always considered myself a non-responder but am willing to give it another try

Yeah, once in awhile somebody is a non responder.

I wouldn't know if I was or wasn't, too many variables at one time and I've never lifted consistently for a period of time to where gains got real slow and then changed my creatine status...I always start taking it as soon as I start lifting consistently and don't stop

Speaking of lifting I'm thinking of fasting/cutting water and entering the Misc BP comp. Did 400LBChimp have any rules against cutting lots of water prior to the lift? lol

Awesome! I don't really have any need for additional shield mags.... but you can never have too many mags.

Got mine in last week or something. Haven't shot it yet but quick inspection found 2 rounds that were completely bent. Given what little time I spent looking at it, there's probably at least 1-2 more in there. Still good deal though.

Fuk man. Tried to buy 2 of them and they were sold out by the time I was done with the checkout process.

Someone probably ordered like 100 of them or some chit right before I tired to get mine. Feels.

The store owner had some things that he did correctly, such as being armed, but his biggest –and deadliest– mistake was not keeping a round in the chamber.

Not having a round in the chamber cost him his life, and the life of his son.

In the video above, you can see the store owner handing over his wallet to the armed robbers. One tip to point out in this situation is to, if possible, throw the wallet away from you so that the bad guy can divert his or her attention to the thrown wallet instead of yourself. This, in many instances, can give you the advantage of drawing your firearm and firing that first shot.

Yeah in the grand majority of videos where I've seen someone use their CC in a life/death situation, they don't have time to even get two hands on the weapon before firing the first shot, let alone rack a round into the chamber.
