There are subtle things that many over look.

Hand placement, foot placement, twists at the waist, which side, posing on the right or left hip looks better...etc.

These small details can make a difference in your placing.

A posing coach can help with these.

Down to 211 about 12% bf. About to start doing fasted cardio on yohimbine and caffeine. Anyone have experience with yohimbine hcl?

Yeah used it 3x made me feel like chit even in low doses so stopped taking it forever.

I actually didn't try it yet. I figured I would save it for a day when I get a sugar craving, which hasn't happened so far. I'm at 200 cals today brehs wat do? Fuking downed an easy 3k yesterday so on damage control.

Whenever I try to compensate, it works for that day, but the next day I just binge again lol. How far over TDEE is 3k for you?

500mg yellow was comfy compared to yoh for me. Shakes, heart palpitations, etc
