Sorry man. I was just offered a position in another state my self. Its s big leap especially when you have never been away from your family but they are almost all gone anyways and I have to lay a foundation to grow on some where.

it's brutal out there boyo. I didn't get a job in my field until 3 years after graduation. srs.
had to work contract jobs in the meantime (in the field) until I could get a full time one later.

Listen, I'm poverty as **** not even going to lie.
But I'm happy, stress free and most importantly have TIME to experience life.
Would rather live under a bridge than update my resume and do those bull**** job interviews. Godspeed young sir.

I had to go to 8 interviews with different companies before I got an offer. Not sure if I'm just autistic at interviews or if everyone is prejudiced against people with no experience.
The funny thing is younger, less experienced people can learn a lot faster and end up doing a lot better than the old people who can't remember how to send an email

Buzzfeed has been trying to hire several financial analysts for months now.
Dataminr is as well.
PM me if you apply to either. I don't work for them but I know the HR person at both.
And keep your chin up

My comment wasn't about the job market at all. It was about the crying that he didn't get the job. Life is tough and competitive. The sooner you learn that the better off you'll be.
And, thanks for the neg...

You need connections boyo...it's all about who you know. Didn't college teach you that? Not trying to be a dick, just being real.

Keep trying man, everyone struggles to get that first job in their field and then it's smooth sailing afterwards. One day soon you'll have a bad*ss job and you'll look back on this and laugh at how frustrated you were.
