UPDATE:

So first thing's first. She was 5'9" at best, she was waiting in the lounge when I arrived. All the way in the back in a corner sitting in a cozy area with a couch for us. I was mentally bracing myself for when she stood up to hug me hello and would be breathing down my scalp. Never came, when she stood up she was only marginally taller than myself. Granted she was wearing flats which I know sl00ts hate, but whatever.

I don't "wine and dine" tinder girls i first meet. That's just bad on the wallet but I was bracing myself for a "free meal" girl. After all, she didn't flake so there had to be something else wrong with her. I got a whiskey old fashioned, she got some girly pink candy cocktail thing and I paid for both. We then proceeded to have normal "First date banter". In all honesty the chemistry wasn't anything to write home about at this point. I could feel we were in that stiff "first-date interview" mode that wasn't natural. she also couldn't drink much since she drove. Could have ended the date there but it seemed too anti-climactic so i finessed the idea of going to grab a small bite before we called it a night.

We decide on some mexican restaurant, and ordered some food and drinks. The conversation got a bit deeper, we shared travel stories, and were more relaxed than the first place. I also could sense this girl was not a traditional tinder sl00t. She was dressed pretty conservatively, but flattering of her figure. wasn't showing cleavage but the bulge from her teddies was apparent and difficult not to stare at. Also, she kept asking "have you read this book" ... " have you read this book", she ACTUALLY had interesting discussion points that didn't make me want to roll my eyes. Another point of note. She never asked what car I drove back home, or what area I lived in, but she tended to "light up" when i spoke of family, personal hobbies, or topics of depth. I went to the bathroom, and when I came back she said "are you ready to go?" I said sure let me just grab the bill, she responded "oh don't worry, I already took care of it" (hnnnnnnnnnng). We said goodbye, did the french "faire la bise" double cheek kiss thing, and parted ways. I assumed I was more or less friend-zoned which I don't really mind but...

I just let the conversation end right there. No need to push for some cringey "i hope you sleep well" message. no need to keep bothering her with bullsht texts probing for a chance to get laid. she expressed that she was mirin company and physical appearance which was enough for me. Just gonna let all that marinate in her head for the night.
