You still selling cell phone parts?

Also, How's the health?

Also what's your margins? If it's online I'd expect less than 10%?

So a big, fat thanks to you, my friend! Stay well. Repped.

Yep, health is stable. Lifes going. I get sick easy, but nothing that really brings me down right now

So gross margins around 33%. But after returns and everything is paid we net around 13%. However, I think we can boost that to 15% this year with some minor changes

Decent SEO. Check it out on Alexa or similarweb.com
We do about $7000 a month in google adwords as well though. We have about 75 videos on youtube, millions of views for repair tutorials.
What's the website? I think I missed it.

Where'd you go to for your SEO services?

You make the youtube videos yourself or you outsource those? If so, where?

Speaking of outsourcing, what do you outsource as far as advertisement/anything that drives traffic to your website goes?

I have a few online income streams but nothing as serious as yours. But I have time this summer, so why not?

How many employees do you currently have?

Is your annual growth stable or does it fluctuate a lot?

Do you sell new phone accessories/upgrades or stick to repair products?

Does your company operate under 1 LLC or do you have your business sectioned out to spread risk?

Do you outsource your seo? What do you think about affiliate and social media marketing? Trying to get into those fields ATM but seo is a bitch. No one even visits my site although I have some followers and seo for my site/instagram.

What are some ways to invest 60k?

Looking into doing the same with aquarium parts (aquarium enthusiast)
You said you started on ebay, did you buy and flip or howd that go?

And how do you go about finding/acquiring a supplier for your business, doubt they would just supply to anyone so how did you get enough reputation to get the parts sold to you as a business?

Do you outsource the SEO?

What do you think of affiliate marketing and social media marketing? Currently, trying to get into those areas, but SEO is a bitch. It's hard to get even any traffic to my website, despite doing some SEO and having some followers on IG.

I'm about to start my own consumer packaged goods business. I will be doing the product development, sourcing materials, and then having it made by contract manufacturers. I plan to do marketing to retailers myself, but I will need to hire outside help in the beginning to design a logo and website. What is a reasonable amount to pay for that service?

My accountant is saying to set up the business as an S corp to avoid double taxation. Does that sound legit to you?

After making your money, have you noticed a lot of people from your past hitting you up out of nowhere wanting to catch up? Even the ones you never really talked to like that? And are most women after you nowadays gold diggers?

Manufacturers don't just hand out distribution deals, so how did you go from being a store front and dealing with distributors (I'd imagine), to actually becoming a distributor.

I need some advice. living with an elderly family member. got about $2k in checking right now. doing a lot better now than where I was later last year, but what should I do? What other things can I do myself to make $ and should I start now or when I'm on my own? I'm very hands on and have always specialized in automotive.

Do you ever have a touch of what they call "imposter syndrome" where you feel like you are somehow getting away with something you are not entitled to?

I did well enough to retire set for life @ 40 but while the business was growing I always felt uneasy even though all of my ideas turned to gold.

I know that I knew my sh!t but this little voice inside of my head was always trying to break me down.

I didn't find out that this was even a thing or that lots of high achievers suffer from it until recently.

Since you are in a situation similar to my own I am going to issue you a challenge.

Do your best to balance your luxury with your charity.
Eat in a deficit to lose weight.
Hit your protein and fat minimums to stay healthy and keep your gainz.
Lift heavy and do HIIT to look and feel awesome.
