as a liberal brah, i also hated living in SF. the group think is pretty strong amongst the younger people moving there. I also found the tech crowd and trendy "liberals" to be disconnected from the city and reality.

parts of the east bay were fine and i enjoyed hanging out with people that have lived in SF forever
