You're only supposed to shoot if you're 1000% positive that your life is in imminent danger, thus, never shoot to wound because the bad guy will kill you back.

Well fuk, such is life for the person who walks AWAY from the cops with their hands up. The dude was obviously being resistant by walking away but also skirted things by walking with away with his hands up in a confident and leisurely stride lol like he's done it before. Fuk it man, if she messed up that's her conscious.

Just know that if you read this and you see the video, you bet your ass that if you have 2+ guns or ECD's staring down at you, you wont do what that guy did so don't pretend like this "unarmed" guy didn't have a part to play in his own death.

Not siding with the cops on this one at all, dude didnt need to die. Watched this when it happened and bert stared when she shot him. She doesnt need to be an officer at all
At the same time I wish dude wouldve complied with her orders, maybe if he wasnt high he would still be alive.
