Shucks. I've just been looking at that very same image and reading some of the accounts from other people. Some of their experiences... way more scary than anything in this thread.

Although it's supposedly just a disconnect between your still-asleep muscles and your waking brain.

might sound silly, but this is on par with sleep paralysis in my book
Lol. Is that Croatian cartoon dracula?

It's funny because I watched Bram Stoker's Dracula as a kid and it's the only time I slept with my parents. That's how scared I was. It's also probably when my love of the horror genre started.

Watched it. Lolz were had. It's funny the things that scare kids. I wasn't really scared of cartoons but I was terrified of teddy bears. I couldn't sleep if there was one in my room as they'd come to life in the night. That crazy imagination of peas.

You know, the fear of the unknown of what the actual phuck it is, and why it's in some modern looking house/dorm in front of a webcam. And to top it all off, even though it's 2-3ft in front of the camera, you can't get a FULL LOOK at it.

This one's also chilling. WARNING: Volume alert. Turn yours down, there's no jump-scares. Just a bunch of screaming:

Based on that old Creepypasta about some horrific kids show. And just pause at 0:37 for some of that creepiness mentioned above. What the **** is that thing?

Because when it happened you already had it in your subconcious from your fam telling you about it. If you had it but never knew about it then Id be worried.

I didn't know about it. Only found out that other people had similar experiences from google.

It's still strange that people have been having eerily similar hallucinations since forever.
