This is 100% accurate. Not many sponsors or magazines are going to be lining up to take you on board if you're open about using illegal drugs. Anyone with a brain can tell who is and isn't on tech. Rest assured a solid 99% of the fitness world is on it. They make their living on their physiques, you really think they aren't going to take all measures possible to be the best?

There are a few people who admit to using gear, but if you look at their success it's mostly self made. Piana, Mark Bell, Feroce can afford to be vocal about it because they have their own companies and don't rely on sponsorships.

Back on topic, Seid physique is looking great, too bad he's such a douche.
