Formation of skull has a lot to do with a variety of hormones as well as other genetics.

Overall shape is really heavily affected by prenatal hormone levels, size depends on genetics, size & shape of jaw is mostly just healthy formation of teeth & breathing through nose (DHT and HGH also affect width and chin size).

Also depends on number of androgen receptors in your skull.
