They do use that brand, it helps them get to and maintain that level of leanness and makes the skin thinner to give a dryer harder appearance

Yeh its true, its the conditioning thats really putting me off though, anything below 8% looks impressive af but not attractive. I guess it kind of needed to progress in a way, if it was just guys 200 lbs at 6 foot at 8% they wouldnt really stand out much, most gyms have a guy like that. It'd just become a battle of genetics and proportions

Its quite impressive how many succesful fitness stars were once miscers, (seid, jon skywalker, rakich etc) but quite telling that all stay well clear of the misc after making it

Sergio lived with me for a month when I was in Venice. Super humble and friendly guy, and he does well, so I don't think he cares too much about how much he won in this contest

Jeff Seid is a natural and won his pro card in that state, so probably feels slighted in that this guy used performance enhancing supplements (and he clearly does) and thus got there alot quicker. Also this new guy won like 1 show? I think Jeff competed in a few, so yeah, its probably just that, or there could be animosity there from further back over something else?

No fking excuses. Nothing worse than an envious "man", it's a feminine trait that screams beta male.
