Tipping the EZ bar adding weight on one side having it flip over and come crashing down.

Tripped over the EZ bar on a separate occasion and face planted into the ground cutting open my lip bleeding everywhere

F*ck you EZ bar.
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

used a blender ball/wire when making my protein shake because I thought it would dissolve the protein better and be much more optimal to drink that way as opposed to just shaking without it.

Benched 5 days a week as a noob and busted my right shoulder in the process. On the bright side I added 20lbs to my bench in 30 days as it went from 135 to 155lbs which was bodyweight at the time. All that for a busted shoulder smh.

I cracked three eggs into a glass and drank them like Rocky before a workout when I was 16.

I proceeded to shoot out of both ends for the next 24 hours with horrible body cramps, srs.

I am a manlet so I have to jump to reach the pull up bar at my gym. One time I failed to launch/flexed my left calf too much and instantly cramped. I fell to the ground and called to my buddy (6'3" 240 defensive end) and he came over and laughed at me while forcibly unlocking my calf.
It is not so much the major events as the small day-to-day decisions that map the course of our living. . . Our lives are, in reality, the sum total of our seemingly unimportant decisions and of our capacity to live by those decisions. ― Gordon B. Hinckley

Had a 45 slip through my hands while removing it from the incline bench while looking at a pretty girl thinking what a stud I was (probably 18-19 years old) and broke my big toe. Hurt like a mother f-er and blood coming out of the sneaker didn't help the visuals. I limped off looking and feeling like an idiot and went to the ER. Derp.

when you start living to workout instead of working out to live better

Death is impossible for us to fathom: it is so immense, so frightening, that we will do almost anything to avoid thinking about it. Society is organized to make death invisible, to keep it several steps removed. That distance may seem necessary for our comfort, but it comes with a terrible price: the illusion of limitless time, and a consequent lack of seriousness about daily life. We are running away from the one reality that faces us all.

Not super cringey but sometimes I work out to get a pump before I go out or before a girl comes over.

Benching 25's on smith machine, then adding 5 lbs each time to reach my highschool goal of benching 45's. Barely did one rep with what I though was a plate, ended up forgetting to load up the left side with a 10, had two of the biggest guys laughing at me. Heartbreaking experience.

Trained hard and methodically but bulked hard and just kept getting fatter with covered muscle. Hated how I looked despite putting in the physical and financial effort. Had no idea the damage bulking would do and actually expected to look good. Then kept going in circles with the not bulk or cut plataue for years.

The Same shet bulked like and idiot with over +1000 calories over maintenance then got fat as fack and start holocaust cutting on like 1500 calories and some times even less. The result was going round and round in facking circles, feels bad man.
